The Vanessa Matthys Quartet is the international acoustic jazz ensemble built around Belgian vocalist Vanessa Matthys. Her warm sound, refined phrasing and deeply personal storytelling place the voice at the heart of a fluid musical conversation.
Contemporary jazz, traditionals and timeless pop classics are reshaped through lyrical arrangements and spontaneous interaction — intimate and whisper-soft one moment, powerful and sweeping the next.
