Bruno/Bongianino Duo brings together Italian multi-instrumentalist Roberto Bongianino and bassist Nicola Bruno in an acoustic dialogue of rare warmth and character.
Accordion and double bass move between lyrical melody, rhythmic invention and spontaneous improvisation. Their original instrumental music is rooted in jazz, yet open to folk memory, chamber-like detail and the vivid storytelling of the Italian musical tradition.
Intimate without ever becoming small, the duo lets every gesture breathe — a melody can become a conversation, a pulse can turn into a landscape, and silence remains part of the music.
