Michel Bisceglia is one of Belgium’s most versatile pianists and composers. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has developed a distinctive musical language combining jazz, contemporary classical music and cinematic storytelling.
Alongside his concert career, he has composed music for numerous films and television productions, including Marina, Hannah, Charlotte and the Netflix series Thieves of the Wood. His score for Marina received the World Soundtrack Award – Public Choice in 2014.
Bisceglia has collaborated with internationally renowned artists including Randy Brecker, Toots Thielemans and Dewey Redman. Whether writing for film, orchestra or solo piano, his music remains lyrical, atmospheric and deeply personal.
